Luis García Piedehierro (Almendralejo, January 10, 1986) needs to say what he feels, above all else, and the fault of this lies with his discovery of the poetry of Pablo Neruda when he was a boy. After that, he began to read books of poetry compulsively every day. But it was Neruda who injected the venom into his words, and ever since reading him, he hasn’t let a day pass without writing some poem or short story. Some months ago, he began to put phrases from writers on Instagram interspersed with fragments from his own writings. He saw people liked them, and in 2016, he published his first book, Si aquel día me hubieras mirado (If You Had Looked At Me That Day), which quickly sold out. Unexpectedly is his second book of poems.
