In it, we will discover seven simple habits to take care of ourselves and sleep better. This is a book designed to help you relax and to reduce anxiety and stress.
This work offers a method that the reader will practice for three days––simple habits to help lead a much calmer life. These habits include relaxing sounds like ASMR, massages, digital disconnecting, reduction of energy drinks and caffeine, and exercising.
